- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/rider services.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Perishable or opened food items cannot be returned.
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.

- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with photos or video proof.
